@ASHISH_26269491 - In order to transfer the transfers into your Upstox demat account, you’ll need to initiate the transfer from the DP where the shares are currently held. You can do this by submitting a Delivery Instruction Slip to your existing DP or through the CDSL Easiest online facility.
