I want to transfer some of my shares from Upstox Demat to another demat account. I know I can transfer my shares through CDSL, the easiest facility. But whenever I initiate a request from my CDSL Easi account to upgrade to the easiest facility, the request is rejected, and the DP authentication is failed. So how can I upgrade to the easiest facility and transfer my shares?

Hi @Ushnota, I have placed request to transfer my shares using CDSL Easiest. Ticket id #9462344. However, it is pending authentication at DP end (Upstox). Can you please help get it approved at the earliest.

Hi @Ushnota, My request to transfer shares is still pending approval from DP (Upstox). The execution date was today that is 25th July 2025. The market hours are also over for today.
This is the second time I have placed request to transfer my shares. Previously the transaction got expired as upstox did not approve in time. I am afraid this will expire again if not approved in time.
Can you please look at it urgently and get it approved. I dont understand why it is taking so long for such a small request. Appreciate if you can help please.

Hi, I upgraded my BO id from CDSL website but it is not authenticated by upstox till now, why it is taking so much time, when it will be done, please authenticate it as soon as possible.
