:star: Amara Raja announces collaboration with Gotion-InoBat-Batteries
Amara Raja Energy & Mobility announced on Monday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies (ARACT), has signed a technical licensing agreement with Gotion-InoBat-Batteries (GIB) EnergyX Slovakia, a subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech. Under the licensing agreement, GIB EnergyX will license its LFP technology for lithium-ion cells to ARACT. Ahead of this, shares of Amara Raja were up over 16% on Tuesday. Read more

:star: Borosil’s QIP issue opens to raise ₹250 crore
Shares of leading glassware maker Borosil Ltd surged up to 6% on Tuesday as its ₹250 crore qualified institutions placement (QIP) issue has opened for subscription with an aim to raise around ₹250 crore. The board, in its meeting on Monday, June 24, approved the opening of the issue and the floor price at ₹331.75 per equity share. Read more

:star: Nvidia plunges 6.68% on third consecutive day of decline
The slump of Nvidia’s shares over the past three trading sessions has erased $430 billion from Nvidia’s market capitalisation, dragging it below the $3 trillion mark. At the NASDAQ, Nvidia settled at $118.11 apiece, down $8.46 or 6.68% as against the last closing price. Read more
