:star: BoB plunges after RBI restricts new sign-ups
Shares of Bank of Baroda (BoB) fell 3.7% intraday. This came after the RBI barred the bank from onboarding new customers on its app. RBI also asked the bank to ensure that already onboarded customers do not face any disruption on account of this suspension.

:star: Laxmi Organic surges after QIP allotment
Shares of the speciality chemicals manufacturer rose 11.7% intraday after the company raised ₹259 crore via qualified institutional placement (QIP). The QIP was issued at a discount of 4.9% to the floor price of ₹283.2 per share.

:star: NCL Industries gains on strong sales data
Shares of the cement producer rose 4.5% intraday. This came after the company released its sales and production data for Q2 FY24. The company’s cement production is up by 16%, while cement dispatches were up 17% YoY.

Share of the construction firm rose by 3.7% intraday after the company announced that it has received a letter of intent worth ₹262.19 crore from a government entity for constructing a government medical college in Chhattisgarh.
