Is there any blunder with Mutual fund systems of Upstox?
My mutual funds were showing pledged. Which I have never pledged. Who pledged them? And it is without my knowledge. No charges, No in Records.
I have unpledged them manually.
I have provided feedback earlier to remove this pledge frame to remove from “Positions” window also, totally worthless user interface. Rated your app with one star for this on google play store.
One more thing is, while unpledging this, the request is rejected because mtf is enabled.
Regarding, MTF deactivation, I have already requested earlier. I have never used MTF. MTF is sitting there in my account like devil created by Upstox which can be exploded like Atom Bomb anytime in lifetime.
Also, how many units are showing right now? Is it matching with my Demat holding? Simple answer, No..!!! Please check your systems thoroughly this time.
Now, I will say, this is total blunder with Upstox system and want to comply all these things.
- Remove Mutual Fund from MTF action.
- Disable MTF
- Match my Units with Demat Holding.
- Remove this pledge pop-up forever from Positions Window.
I advise all Upstox users to cross check this with your account.
This is really very very big blunder of the Upstox systems.

Even I am facing the same issue, my lock in period ended and number of units are showing as well. When I do it in mobile app it is saying “Lockin Period“. In web app I am getting an error “The sell units you entered are not valid. Please check and try again. [068]“. Could someone help me fix this issue.
The problem is still unresolved for me too.
Even now, my Demat Holding and MF portfolio holding not matching.
