Why you guys are playing with our money? Do you think we have tree of money from where we are getting unlimited fund to test and trial on your scrap features?
Trust me guys, You are digging your own platform’s grave day by day. Seriously do you really know about FnO trading or you only know about equity investments? As all the developed features are built thinking only equity investment only. Your all features has zero benefit regarding to FnO trading.
Have you even tested your new features in FnO segment? If yes then please terminate your testers and hire some professional testers to your team, as current testers are just interested in getting paid at the end of month. I am sure if you rely on them, then your platform will definitely shut soon or later.
You are trying to catch your competitors instead of leading. But if you try to catch them with a lame horse, you already know what the outcome will be.
Instead of giving us scrap features full of bugs in the name of innovation, focus on launching well-researched features. Even if you launch only one feature a year, its quality should be top-notch.
Your all features are built thinking equity segments only. There is zero percentage efforts taken to think about FnO segments.
In options trading, GTT order never get executed on time on correct price, whether it is primary leg or SL or TP leg.
4% MPP is well enough to execute order around 2000 qty in NIFTY options, but your GTT orders are always waiting to fill the order or gets cancelled by itself. Putting us in huge loss.
I’ve already raised issue 6 months earlier I guess in July or August, but instead of fixing this you are decorating your lame horse with new clothes.
I think my language is very tough to understand, Let me explain you in layman’s language.
You saw advertisement “Fully AI driven car at $100(20Rs brokerage) and for senior citizens its only $50(10RS brokerage for API developers). You don’t have to touch the steering wheel or breaks or acceleration, our car will drive by itself using our AI tech. First in the world”
So you went to buy that car, you understand features and bought it in the name of your wife. Then you instructed your car to go to Virar from Bandra, Car has shown you the route on the screen and started moving forward.
After 500 meters you saw right turn on map, but car moved forward instead of turning there. You thought car will take next turn, there might be different route set in their system. After 200 meters you saw another right turn on map but car didn’t took that turn also.
Now you got to know that there’s something went wrong with this car. So you started to find stop button in car but as it was fully AI driven car there was no start stop button. So you started panicking and suddenly realized to call customer support(Upstox’s telephone support).
Support executive has received your call and greeted you. You have explain your problem. Executive had checked on their system and got the info like car is going to Virar from Bandra and missed the right route and currently at wrong route. So now You told executive to share why car is not going on right path and stop the car.
So now Executive asks you “whether you are owner of the car?”
You said No, My wife is the owner.
Executive: can I please talk to your wife for confirmation?,
You: She is at home, I am riding alone.
Executive: Sorry sir I can’t share any information with you, I need confirmation first.
You: Your car is not working as expected, my life is on stake and you want such confirmation? wait I’ll connect on conference. and connected your wife on call.

Executive: Hello mam, May I know your name please?

It can drive car without touching steering wheel, but you need to instruct it to turn right or left when you want to take turn. We have shown you map for that you can see turn and instruct car to take turn right. Do you need any kind of additional help?
You: No thanks, So is this how you confirm the owner? If I had already knew it, I would have said her name in female voice.
Now you instruct to stop the car, and car stops suddenly at the same lane. Then you realized what have you bought. You then instructed car to check all the sides and move car on sideway where no other vehicle can disturbed.
Now try to relate your self in this condition and feel the frustration, panics and mental harassments by this car company. They have built car not researching anything.
Meaning of software is to automate almost possible things and reduce the manual work. So if you need to tell your AI driven car to do everything, what is the meaning of the tech they have used?
This is what your so called GTT feature is. I am humbly requesting you to turn off this feature and have well enough research on it, test it with your highly professional testers then you also test it with investing some money from your profits and then launch it.
