I noticed AMC charges have been applied to my account. When I opened my Upstox account, it was under the “0 AMC” / “Lifetime Free AMC” offer, and I was unaware of any change in this policy.
Since this charge was unexpected and contrary to my understanding at account opening, I kindly request you to waive off the AMC for this period.
Please consider my request as a one-time resolution.
