Dear Upstox Team,
I noticed that AMC charges were recently deducted from my account without any prior intimation. I had joined Upstox under a zero AMC Demat account offer, and I was under the impression that no annual maintenance charges would apply.
Any changes in charges or pricing should be clearly communicated in advance, but in this case, I did not receive any direct communication regarding the AMC deduction.
I have already raised a support ticket for this issue (Ticket: 9430425) and my UCC is 72BX38. I kindly request you to waive off the AMC charges
