I am writing this message to request Upstox provide the earlier feature on the TV chart that allowed all the timeframes for analysis. For example, the earlier Upstox platform (TV chart) provided all timeframes like 1 minute, 6H, to 23H/ 24H, I mean every timeframe from 1 minute to 24 hours. Having this feature enabled traders like me do analysis at different higher and lower timeframe combinations.
I had been using this extensively for commodity trading. In fact it was useful in even equities. Please see if you can roll back your code and enable this feature in the platform.
6H in minutes format is also not allowed right now, but was allowed earlier.
I want to use 6H 7H ā¦.23H, 24H. These are not allowed that earlier was allowed. Since I used it extensively earlier in Upstox, I am well aware of this.
Step 2: Trying to set 23H or 24H, thatās not allowed (this was allowed earlier, but not now). 24H has an alternative 1D.
Step 3: Finally, when I write 5H (timeframe), the platform accepts it which is not the case with the above instance steps. Earlier every other number was allowed in this format.
Step 4: Additional info. Even if I add a custom timeframe like 6H, 7H and so forth, although the platform adds it to the list, it is displayed greyed out which means thatās in an inactive state (non-usable).
I hope I am not missing the workflow/use case of the platform as I am doing/replicating the steps what I successfully did earlier in using the platform/TV chart.
