Candle data for minutes and hourly timeframe is accessible only for the preceding six months. You can switch to Daily, Weekly or Monthly timeframe to view the data for above 6 months.

But other brokers such as Zerodha and AngelOne etc. provides complete data in all timeframes.
Hence it is tougher to backtest strategies which is a major letdown to upstox.
I think i have to switch my broker from Upstox because i cannot backtest my strategies.

Yes, i have already done that moved away from upstox, i guess they are not interested to retain there customers, just by doing these illogical updates.
