Kindly close all other tickets since i was not knowing that each time mailing will create a new ticket and i shared necessary document(registration form and pending approval screenshot on mail ) with Ticket ID : 9365862

Good Morning Mam,
I got a mail today that all duplicate tickets related to easiest portal being closed.
The only active ticket is 9364721.
Please work on this ticket and resolve the issue at earliest
