I am trying for CDSL Easiest registration from the past 3 weeks. On the CDSL website it says " Your registration for easiest is pending with your DP for authentication. Kindly Approach your DP to activate your login for easiest."
I have sent mail to Upstox support on Jun 26 - No result.
I called the support number and spoke to the executive on Jun 26th - I was told it would be taken care in 24 to 48 hours. - Still the same issue.
I got a ticket logged 9410113 - That ticket is now closed informing, issue is resolved. I still have the same pop up that it is not authenticated.
@Ushnota I feel you would now agree that there is an inherent issue with the team working on the tickets.
Otherwise how come it takes daysand multiple follow-ups to actually get it completed?

In CDSL Easiest when I check the status of the Trusted account, it shows as blank. I have sent an email to support@upstox with the screenshot.
