Refund of my brokerage since 1st august

Team, as per upstox brokerage discount offer against api order, i am requesting you to refund me the eligible amount from 1st august till date.. as i daily place orders through API only

Hi @PRATIK_14008688, Could you please confirm if you are placing orders exclusively through the API? Upon verification, we found that orders are being placed through both the API and the Android app. The team has confirmed that brokerage of ₹10 is charged for API orders, while ₹20 is charged for non-API orders.

For me too, it is getting charged 20 Rs, but i use only via API, my ID is 404779.
