I have using uplink v2 but Zero brokerage benifit not received from 26 february 2024 before 26 february i was received brokerage credit but from 26 february not received. what is issue on api there is any chances in api

Brokerage charges are applied for your trades which you do via API but are reversed on the same day.
Would request you to pls check in the ledger.
Also, if you can please share your UCC for us to investigate more

My ucc is 34B5JX. I was check my ledger before 26 february brokerage was reverse same day but from 26 february 2024 brokerage was not reverse, you can check.
Pls provide solution for the same.

@Shailesh_Haldankar, We are checking this and we see that brokerage has not been refunded to your UCC as expected. We will address this issue promptly and ensure your brokerage is credited for the specified period.

Once again brokerage credit issue, today i haven’t received brokerage credit also 26 feb to 5 march brokerage not credited.
