Partner payout is abruptly stopped

Dear Upstox Team,

I have been a AP(id-162450) from 5+ years now and out of nothing you guys stopped paying parnet payouts since last 3 months now, I have sent several emails and ticket was created, no response on it so far. This is so frustrating to see breach of trust despite spending so much money and sweat helping your business to grow, I am been denied to withdraw my share from the earning, this is completely unprofessional. Can you please look into this matter on priority and enable the payouts for me?

Hi Ushnota, need your support still. I had a call with Ravi form partner support on 20th, send all needed details on 21st and till date no further update. It will be great if you can do something about my case, will be really thankful.
