Recently I have moved one domain to new domain and updated static ip and domain name upstox api account. Now I noticed order statuses are not receiving to my specified post back url.
Please check in priority and fix the issue if any firewall blocking from your side to my domain and static ip.
Due to security I am not providing domain name and static ip here. Please get it from app.
Hi @JC4997@CHENNAKRIS_3523956, The URL has been whitelisted and the webhook is being triggered, but it appears that our security policies are blocking the request due to SSL verification errors. Could you please update the SSL certificates on your end and try again?
