Dear Upstox Support,
We have set up a Postback URL for order notifications, but we are not receiving any notifications on our endpoint.
Additionally, we are using Let’s Encrypt SSL for HTTPS. Could you confirm if this might be causing any issues, or if we need to set up DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) for our domain to properly handle requests?
Here are the logs from our Nginx access log, which show multiple 404 responses when Upstox servers attempt to reach our /dns-query endpoint:

Could you please confirm:
- If Let’s Encrypt SSL is compatible with Upstox Postback URLs?
- If we need to configure DoH (DNS-over-HTTPS) for Upstox to communicate with our server correctly?
- Any additional settings required for our Postback URL to receive notifications successfully?
