Webhook Postback URL - Not Working

I noticed order statuses are not receiving to my specified post back url.

Please check in priority and fix the issue if any firewall blocking from your side.

I have checked and still no order updates are pushed to postback url.

I have checked the logs for your user ID and found that you placed the MCX order from Pro Web.

Please note that only orders placed through an API app configured with a postback URL will receive postback order updates.
Orders placed through any other platform (like Pro Web or mobile app) will not trigger postback notifications.
