Off-Market Mutual Fund transfer not showing in MF portfolio of receiver

Hi,

I have transferred Mutual Funds to another Upstox Demat account. The Units are debited from my account and reflected in my Mutual Funds portfolio and the units are not showing in the receivers account Mutual Funds portfolio but they showing in their Holding report. My executaion date was 13/01/2026 but still the transfer is not successful. I have raised the Ticket also but still not resolved, my ticket number is 9734128. There is no proper response for my ticket, kindly resolve my issue.

@Ushnota- Still my issue is not resolved. How the ticket will be closed without resolving the issue. And I didn’t get any mail regarding the closure of the ticket. My Mutual funds are stuck, my issue is not resolved and the ticket is closed without my concent. So, What should I do now???

@BALAJI_6014406 - You can either respond to the same ticket or raise a new ticket and share the Ticket ID with me.

@Ushnota- I have raised a new ticket and the Ticket Id is 6294.

@Ushnota- I have got call from yout team to raise new ticket from Target/Receiver Demat account regarding the issue. I have raised the ticket and the ticket id is 10345. Please check this.
