Mismatch on the name with the bank account name initial with pan number

Hey i was just completely the kyc and after updating selfies bank accounts and pan suddenly a message poped up like mismatch in the name. Actually my name on bank is not fully expanded initials and pan ofcourse everyone’s initial should be in expanded format
