MF holdings transferred from another broker not visible under my Upstox profile

I got my MF holdings transferred from another broker to my Upstox account a couple of days back. Even though the fund is showing under the Report option, there is no option visible to BUY or SELL. Ticket No. is 9486649, not actioned even after 5 days of raising it.
