Live data feed for startups to show data on their platform

I am in search of the live market data feed from an NSE authorized vendor to show live data in my new platform.
So how can I show data on my platform?
I am asking here because according to this https://upstox.com/developer/api-documentation/ documentation we have to contact your team so I contacted but your team member said to ask here.

For Displaying Live stock Data for Free/Commercial purpose you need to
get the distribution rights from NSE Dotex.
