Issue with Missing Easiest Features in CDSL Account via Upstox

I opened my CDSL account on upstox and it was created on Easiest. Now my cdsl account with upstox is showing Easiest but its not showing any Easiest options such as ‘setup’ and ‘edit trusted accounts’ or any options that should be available for Easiest account. Please kindly look into it.
I also raised the ticket and its been 5 days and not a single update to words it, I hope this will resolve ASAP.

I have the same issues. I also raised the ticket. By default i would assume these options should be enabled. Ticket No : 9234672

No one helps in upstox. It just drags. Very poor customer experience. I have the same issue as described. Cdsl easiest is what it shows but the same options are missing. No one bothers to respond

Will this be checked and responded by a competent person? Someone who is handling and i dont want to name here, hasnt even understood and is responding requesting to register for easiest in cdsl portal for them to approve. They havent even read that with easiest enabled these options lie setup etc are missing. Please have this looked and acknowledged. My issue is exactly the same as reported in the screenshot in this forum which seems to be resolved

Hello, I received the response to this ticket asking me to verify if BO_ID is setup correctly. I do have that and have shared the response. Please note, I cannot keep chasing and monitoring this on a daily basis. Please assign this to a competent person. Like the way its resolved for some other users here, please have it looked. I hope the issue is firs understood like the way its detailed in this post already. Please help solve on priority. Its already 2-3 weeks. Regards Biju

Today I received a response that the account is registered as easi and not easiest. I had clearly sent the screenshot that the account is registered as easiest already. I am not sure if upstox needs to approve something as i never received the approved not or PIN which is the usual process. Yet again I feel that someone who is looking doesnt know how it was resolved for others in this post. kindly have someone who has resolved this in rest of the post look. it seems straight forward.
