@Ushnota Thanks but this doesnt seem to be resolving. COuld you please have this looked by right people who has resolved for other users in this forum. I get standard responses to submit request for EASIEST when I have clearly stated that my request is already there and screen shows as EASIEST. UPstox support keeps on responding with same answers. Genuninely i feel there is no attempt to even read my responses and look at screenshots. I believe the request is pending with upstox for approvals and its not happening. HOw do I progresss. Could you please help close thsi or let me know how to escalate this.

I opened my CDSL account on upstox and it was created on Easiest. Now my cdsl account with upstox is showing Easiest but its not showing any Easiest options such as ‘setup’ and ‘edit trusted accounts’ or any options that should be available for Easiest account. Please kindly look into it.

I have had placed multiple off-market transfer requests on CDSL but is not getting authenticated by DP. Why is it? Kindly look into this @Ushnota
Latest Easiest Transaction ID that needs DP authentication: 21652674, if it is not done today (16/July/2025), it would get expired again for the 3rd time
Transaction ID that got expired pending DP authentication: 21646414 and 21623253
Transfer transaction dates: 15 July 2025, 10 July 2025
