Issue with Missing Easiest Features in CDSL Account via Upstox

@Ushnota Thanks but this doesnt seem to be resolving. COuld you please have this looked by right people who has resolved for other users in this forum. I get standard responses to submit request for EASIEST when I have clearly stated that my request is already there and screen shows as EASIEST. UPstox support keeps on responding with same answers. Genuninely i feel there is no attempt to even read my responses and look at screenshots. I believe the request is pending with upstox for approvals and its not happening. HOw do I progresss. Could you please help close thsi or let me know how to escalate this.
