To change your nominee on your account follow these steps:

  • Download, fill and courier us physical copies of the following forms
  • Change of Nominee Form
  • Account Details Modification Form
  • Ensure you fill up these details in the Change of Nominee form:
  • Name as per IT and Upstox Client ID
  • To delete a nominee, mention the existing details under ‘Nominee old name’
  • To add a nominee mention the Nominee details under new details
  • Fill in complete Nomination details and guardian details in case of a minor
  • Ensure you fill up these details in the Account Details Modification form:
  • Upstox Client ID
  • Name as per Upstox records.
  • PAN Card
  • Courier the forms and the mandatory proofs to:
