I received an email from upstox stating that account has been temporarily deactivated, even though i did not make any such request. I also received a letter from cdsl about freeze the account . I already raised a ticket (Ticket 9635080).

Could you please investigate this matter as a matter of urgency? I have some holdings in the account and does not want to close it.
Could you please provide an update on the issue with my account? Because my account is currently frozen, Iām unable to sell my holdings, which is causing significant financial and distress.
If any KYC documents are missing, I can send them again right away.
