Disappointed with Customer Service

I’m facing an issue with Upstox and honestly feeling quite disappointed with the customer support experience so far.

I have already transferred all my mutual fund holdings from Upstox to another broker using the CDSL platform, but those holdings are still showing in my Upstox account.

I tried multiple times to raise a support ticket to clarify and resolve this issue, but the Upstox website keeps showing an error: “Something went wrong.” Because of this, I’m unable to raise a ticket.

It’s frustrating that there’s no clear way to reach customer support when such issues occur. I expected better support from Upstox, especially for something as critical as account and holdings-related discrepancies.

Has anyone else faced this issue or found an alternate way to get support? Any help would be appreciated.
