Delay in CDSL easiest authentication

Hi,

It’s been 5 days since I raised a request for authentication of my CDSL Easiest account. It’s quite frustrating that it is taking so long, whereas other brokerages usually get this done within a day. I don’t know what is causing the delay.

I have already raised a ticket (#9496681).
Please look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest.
