Hi, I like the old Upstox app charting tool. i want the old Upstox back again for the charting purpose. I donā€™t like trading view charts. Can you tell the team to put the old Upstox app back again or atleast the option to use the old charting tool ?

Please note that we are upgrading our charts. ChartIQ is being replaced by TradingView to provide a superior experience. Our TradingView charts are powered by Tick-by-Tick (TBT) data, ensuring utmost accuracy. However, youā€™ll need to recreate any saved drawings on the new TradingView charts.

Chart 360 is not user friendly, Chart IQ was way better for usage, you will see lots of old customers shift to other brokerage firm.

New trades/ investments I may shift to other platforms, kindly restore chart IQ

Thank you for mentioning about the upgrade. If possible, can you please let me know if android mobile app also has this upgrade already or in progress. Android app on my phone still showing chart as ChartIQ layout, since both charts in mobile and web are different, I am not able to sync my drawings, indicators on both platforms. Or maybe I am missing something.

Please donā€™t discontinue the Chart iq candle chart.

I think those users uses upstox from more than 4-5year they are know what exactly difference between chart IQ & TradingView chart.

Why you guys have removed chart iq as well now. Does upstox wants to loose their 5 years old clients who are still with them? Itā€™s frustrating :enraged_face:

First you people have discontinued old Upstox app and now chart iq also. I am going to close my upstox account and many others will surely doā€¦

@Ushnota @MohitGolecha chart 360 is useless Not user friendly, Chart IQ was the best I donā€™t know why you guys donā€™t see the user perspective. Canā€™t you see that TradingView charts Give less space in mobile phone to view the number of candle!! Is it saving your cost? Why you did that? Have you ever comparing both the chart by yourself? Now please donā€™t say that put your phone in horizontal panel!!! You know why, because sometime we need to quickly switch between the chart To square of our position!! Please ask the user before implementing any feature or removing any feature !!! Your chart, 360 consuming lot of space On the screen shows less candle in the same screen size!! Touch react differently at each time!! Please think like a user before implementing anything. Not just comparing your competitors?? At least ask for the survey or the feedback from the user by push notification. If you will ask me whether I want to remove a chat, IQ will definitely give a feedback. Please donā€™t remove it. Literally, I like to shout on you guys?! Lot of hate!! I choose up at first time, just by looking at UI !! Few months back You had changed the position of the tab, you had put the home tab at the first, Idea, we want to see our wishlist at the first than our position!! It was good that the home tab was at the centre. Are you not making enough money? With all those transaction fees That you are earning in each trade. Why you had put the home tab at the first do you want to offer the MTF? We know, brother, everyone has some kind of leverage system show that somewhere else!! We donā€™t like TradingView chart, we really want chat IQ back!!!

What is your thought process in removing chart IQ? Canā€™t you able to provide the both option if someone wants to use a TradingView then they can use it if someone want to use chat IQ then they can also use it? Chart IQ is way more better than TradingView. All other features are aside, which chart can show more number of candle is the better thatā€™s it We were habituated with the chat IQ since last 4 to 5 years, and you are just simply removing it!! why!!! please donā€™t say now. It is more faster and accurate. We had already seen chart IQ is also very good by comparing with other demat accounts applications. Donā€™t give us false excuses due to technical reason, it is much better much faster, much, accurate!!!

  1. Simply tell me which one has a more space which can show more candle, which one is the much more clearer, Canā€™t you see the simple difference? Which could be a very useful for any user during the trading!!

  2. If I will push the left toolbar or hide the left toolbar, still, it is not as bigger as chart IQ !! Are you getting me?

  3. In the above screenshot, we canā€™t even see the value of RSI In the TradingView, while in the chat, IQI can clearly see, itā€™s 14.10. In chart IQ I can see all the value of EMA with a sharp pointer.

  4. In the chart IQ, there is a tool which allow us to see the higher and the lower price of one particular candle just buy hovering on it We donā€™t need to precisely put our pointer at the top, and at the bottom to see the maximum and the lowest price of that particular candle. Now in the TradingView, we have to do it in order to see the maximum and the minimum price.

  5. you can see in the chat IQ even with five minute time frame, there is a clear-cut date demarcation. Which is not present in TradingView? Canā€™t your team Unable to see this type of difference before launching or making any decision?

  6. in TradingView There is a logo, And the refresh button, which overlapping the chart Donā€™t you think this type of UI? Disturbing the vision During reading the chat? See in chat IQ, there is a minimal disturbance around the chat!!
