Bank account verification hasn't completed since 10 days

This is to inform my concern about the verification process which was requested on 14th of december, until now it’s not been verified, moreover I have been told from the customer care department that it will be done by today, tomorrow or wait more, these kind of revert I got and it’s ridiculous and not acceptable. So I request you to do whatever necessary at the earliest and expecting your response on this. I have lost all the trust in the customer care and I don’t want to beg them for the update as it wasn’t resolved since 10 days.
