I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding a negative balance of ₹266 showing in my account.
When I opened this account, I was promised a “Lifetime Free”
account with no maintenance fees. I have only invested a small amount of ₹1,000 in a UTI Mutual Fund, and now you have charged me nearly 27% of my total investment value in hidden fees.
This is an unfair trade practice. Charging such high fees on a small, long-term investment—especially after promising a free account—is unacceptable.
I request you to:
Provide a full breakdown of these charges immediately.
Reverse this negative balance and restore my account to zero, as per the original ₹0 AMC charges commitment.
If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this matter to SEBI SCORES and close my account
