I had opened upstox account in the month of April 2024, where it was a free AMC account without any charges. But for more than a week now I can see my balance in negative. My balance shows as -265 rupees.
This amc being charged on me without any prior intimation or any information through email is very unfair. This shouldn’t be charged. When I am opening an account it is being promised to be lifetime free no AMC account.
Please kindly see to this issue and waive off or reverse the charges.
