why cant alert sysytem in pro.upstox be similar in line with tv.upstox. It is so easy and convenient in tv.upstox , easy to view and modify as well, the same thing can be implemented in pro.upstox as well, and have requested for same earlier as well, but some how, expecting anything from pro,upstox platform developer is like asking for a big thing.

User base for TV Upstox and Pro Web is very different, and so is the use case. Significant number of users are used to current user journey of setting an alert on Pro Web compared to TV. Changing the experience as per TV will impact those majority users who are not used to TV style journey
If this is the explanation, then same way, why watchlist view and pattern was changed in pro.upstox, why it was introduced in a new way. Even I am a user of pro.upstox and that too from more than 8 years, so even I am counted in that no of user list, which you are mentioning.
The same user journey what you are mentioning , even i am sailor if it, and I have been impacted by abruptly watchlist pattern getting changed. So plz revert it back to how it was earlier. Plz, it has hampered my performance a lot.
And please, remember one thing, the number of user what you are mentioning about, even I am one of them, and an active user and am technically online whole day. So plz if any suggestion are coming your way, take it, analyze it, and if not possible, then give some other explanation apart of user experience .
I donāt understand how userās experience will affect in negative way if you improve the way of placing alert? Currently pro users needs to do multiple clicks to add alert which is waste of time in my view and if you give one click option to add alert, why user will affect negatively? I would love to have that one click option in pro. I have already requested this feature earlier. Now you have 2 clients who wants this feature to be added.
