Since yesterday, I have been noticing that none of the price alerts are getting triggered on surpassing the alert price. Kindly take a note of it.
The alerts are working fine!
Can you check if the notifications are enabled in the browser tab?
Or if you have exceeded the allowed number of notifications based on the basic/plus plan?
No, the alerts are not working. As you can see in screenshot, Glenmark is trading below the alert set price, the alert didn’t triggered.
If I would had exceeded the permitted alert, it wouldnt hadnt allowed me to set new alert, not the existing alert wouldn’t perform.
have modified again, lets see whether it works or not.
I have more than 100 alerts in place, none of them has triggered, and it has started yesterday only, hence I am specifying it

Nope , checked again, the alerts are not working.
In this script , alert price was at 8.55. the stock just spurted up to cross the alert price and trading on alert price itself, the alert hasn’t triggered.
One more example, the stock gave breakout and is up 18%, and alert on breakout level fail to get triggered, and ya this drawings I had plotted yesterday itself, and today they were missing.
Last when you had connected with me on google meet along with some developer, we were supposed to get connected again in couple of days as he had taken some input to work on. I am still waiting for update , as there is no improvement, not even 10% .

Received few alerts, all getting triggered at same moment.

Bajaj finance alert price was crossing below 941 level, stock had opened gap down, so it had actually crossed that level in mrng itself, but if you can see in above screenshot, alert has got triggered at 2.45 pm when actually stock is trading at 913 level.
same with SRF alert price 3071 had crossed at 9.15, and it has triggered at 2.46 when stock is at 3037 level.
now again at 3.00 pm arround 20 alert got triggered all together.
Now , this script has as well crossed alert price just 15 mins back, but this alert has not got triggered. So for sure, there is a serious technical glitch with either alerts don’t get triggered, and few which has got triggered are giving the same notification again and again like below screen shot.
The alerts should be working as expected now!

In pro platform we are not able to place price alert from chart (i.e. from plus symbol). We need to go to symbol info to add alert. Same is available in tradingview platform. can you please add it in pro platform?

Also, if we can have drop down view of watchlist same like tv.upstox, instead of sideway view to choose the watchlist in pro.upstox, it will be great.
not allowing to put multiple alert for same script, like placing 2 to 3 alerts for same script.
We’re working on increasing the number of alerts you can set on a scrip. By next month, we’ll release this. Hint: Upto 5 alerts per scrip!

As of now, you can place Alerts only from Watchlist or from my account section. If you want to place alerts from charts, please use Trading view platform
