Price alert have vanished after update. After updating upstox app from appstore my stock price alert , near about 80-90 alerts have vanished and only 10-12 alerts are remaining . What is this , now i will miss the alerts and oppurtunities. Never faced such issue with any other broker before. Kindly look into this matter ASAP. My User Id is 62A5SU
Hi @Sahil6548, thanks for connecting with us. After reviewing our records, we found that there are currently only 12 price alerts associated with your account. We did not find any records indicating the deletion of alerts as mentioned.
Could you please provide more details about the timeframe when those 80-90 alerts were created? Typically, we delete alerts if they remain inactive for a period of six months.
Your assistance in clarifying this matter would be greatly appreciated.
