I am very sorry to write this email regarding customer support services.
It is very difficult to get timely resolution and response from your support team. At first level, it is very difficult to connect with them.
The below mentioned incident/complain is regarding Off Market Transfer of shares on CDSL Easiest portal. Twice, I executed the same transaction on two days and both go expired because these were not processed/authenticated by Upstox. This is leading to significant financial losses. You will also find that similar issue is faced by many Upstox customers (evident on Upstox community).
I kindly request your intervention for immediate assistance well as long term resolution of this issue.
