I placed a transaction on CDSL easiest and it was in the status “Txn ready for dp auth” whole day and Upstox did not even authenticated it and it expired.
I have placed a new transaction today again and still same status. I have filed a ticket but your service TRT is 24-48 hours which means the my trasaction will expire by the time you will resolve my ticket.
Here is my ticket ID - 9556454. Please resolve at the earliest today. YOU ARE CAUSING FINANCIAL LOSSES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!.

Issue has not been resolved. I have filed a new transaction today morning after following the steps mentioned in the ticket resolution but still the transaction has not gone through. Please look into it.

But please get back about this today itself as the transaction will expire today and I will have to set it up tomorrow again and the whole cycle will continue again and my problem will not get resolved.
As expected @Ushnota from upstox no resolution on my transaction. I have performed my morning ritual of placing the transaction again. New transaction ID:21944647. This is my last attempt for the transaction if you can process it today that would be great else please revert back with the process to close Upstox account instead of your “Will check and get back to you." response as that would be more useful than that.

Further, this is to inform you that once you have placed the share transfer request. There is no requirement for approval, kindly wait for some time. Within 24 hours on the easiest portal, you will only get an update about the share transfer. shares are transferred within one business day after the execution date.
We would like to inform you that before initiating the share transfer process, please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your securities wallet. The off-market DP charges for share transfer are Rs. 20 plus GST, amounting to Rs. 23.60 per scrip. If you do not maintain a sufficient balance, your transaction may be rejected.
Note: To transfer your shares through Easiest you need to make sure things like Authenticated Trusted demat account, verified BO Linking, share transfer steps, create CDSL trusted PIN (8-digit alphanumeric CDSL Easiest PIN sent to your registered email ID) and sufficient balance. Order should be placed before 1 PM.
The off-market share transfer fee will be the DP exit fee (20 + GST) = Rs.23.6 per scrip, and you will need to hold this amount before transferring the shares.

There is no difference in resolving query for your customer. Just sending us an automated messaged.

I believe you have no clue on how to help me in getting this transaction done.
So next steps for me is close the account with Upstox.

Same issue I am also facing, daily I am putting it for transfer and it is expiring, kindly help and get it approved. I am not doing any new transfer as that will also get expired.
