Account is showing suspended

my account is showing suspended when i tried to place an order but when i checked status its active and even AI bot says its active. raised a ticket its been 5 days still no response from support team.

it’s 195268. its been 5 days no response when i asked customer care they said they put it on high priority. but nothing happened yet.

I tried to place the commodities order and it got rejected this time it says KRA non complied. My account got dormant recently and I got it reactivated after that I got suspended problem now KRA problem. I asked customer service in chat he says mutual funds kyc is non complied. What does mutual funds has to do with normal trading.

It’s again the the same. Orfer rejected due to KRA non complied. It’s been few days since I’m having one or other problem. Yesterday I missed good really in gold commodities and today now also. This is really frustrating.

That should not be happening. Getting this checked right away, please allow me some time. Thanks.

yes I am able to place orders now. a big thank you—my issue was resolved only because of your help. Without your support, I would have had to wait much longer, as my previous attempts with customer service took several days without a resolution. I’m truly appreciate your prompt and effective help. if it isn’t for you i would bring upstox to SEBI :smiling_face_with_tear:
