Nothing to be done at your end. Since further process is pending at Exchange end, please wait for 24-48 hours.

Once completed at Exchange end, you’ll be able to place your orders again.

Hey @Surekha_Patil , upon checking, there is a name mismatch on your Upstox account and the one registered on the IT site. Please share the screenshot of the reflected name on the IT site, by raising a ticket at https://help.upstox.com/support/tickets/new We’ll review it and get back to you.

I got medical emergency and they are not resolving the issue of my selling trade. Chat support raise Ticket and Ask me to Wait ???

My Stock is there i want to sell for Medical Emergency Simple ?

Voice Support saying you have to raise Ticket we can not help ? Like Why then Voice Support ?

They raised tickets but none of them useful or giving me proper solutions.

I am also getting same error from yesterday. Ticket -8749897 has bren raised yesterday already. But issue has not been resolved yet.
