My user id is 72AKBV, when i try to buy a share this error coming.
I have checked the PAN number and that was correct, can you help me with that

Upstox is absurd! My wife and I opened accounts on different apps (unfortunately I got Upstox) and this Invalid PAN number has prevented me from making a trade for 10+ days now! It’s crazy… and nobody is able to tell me how to resolve it.
