Yesterday I got message from upstox regarding zero brokerage trades on upstox api till 31st August. I am already using api and doing algo training but in, so I want to know how to setup it for zero brokerage

You have to do nothing. At the end of day you auto receive credits that are deducted on trades. You can check Ledger for the same.
