Worst customer service ever - Reluctant to customer’s query and resolution

Worst ever customer service I have seen in recent days.

I raised a ticket for a basic request to modify my permanent address as that in the Aadhaar and same as the Correspondence address. It’s been more than 2 weeks still it’s under progress and showing the status as request successfully submitted and will take 48-72 hours to be updated. Even if it’s 720 hours your worst customer service team won’t fix this issue.

I have looped in all the Compliance officer and escalated as per escalation matrix but none right from the bottom to the top management hierarchy even bother to lend their ears to the problems faced by the customers.

Being in the digital era and trying to be a service provider in the financial sector this much of lag and irresponsibility show caused by the entire Upstox team is really alarming for your sustenance in the midst of the good competitors.

I know there won’t be any response even for this lengthy information I’m putting here and it’s useless. This is just for other customers to think twice before choosing Upstox as their broker.:-1:

The Customer representative is either ending the call or doesn’t know the correct information and they tend to misguide you and we the customers will be running pillar to post breaking our heads to fix the issue and they would suggest a solution which is not of relevance to the issue.

It’s high time for you people from Upstox to raise your standards and work towards customer satisfaction and it should be the priority.

Just a work of thanks to you Upstox for showing your true colors and capability even before me trying to demat all my shares which would have been even more cumbersome activity for me if something got struck in the middle.

Sending mails or calling your customer care is like dog barking against a mountain and you people take it as a buffalo getting drenched in the rain.

It’s under the same status for the past 2 weeks without any update.

I want the Permanent address to be changed and must be as same as the correspondence address.

Hello Upstox - The worst Customer service team ever,

I am compelled to formally express my dissatisfaction as there has been no progress or update on this matter for over 48 hours, despite my earlier communications. Such prolonged inaction for a very basic request is highly concerning and falls short of the expected standards of timely resolution even after raising here.

I request you to provide an immediate status update along with a clear and definitive resolution timeline.

Are you people really bothered about the query and service request we are raising for ???

U people won’t work on weekdays itself and it’s my foolishness to expect an reply on a Weekend like Saturday.

I don’t know still what you people are working on my basic request which I have requested for. Definitely im not going to continue with Upstox further. But wanted to know an update for the ticket which your shit customer service team been working for the past 3 weeks for updating an address.

These guys dont understand english. Never trust them with your money. This is worst than a government company now.

I was seeing blank entry in tax summary page for 24 25 and they keep replying that this is due to no f&o transaction.

They dont understand or bother to read what is exact issue. Looks like from top to bottom this is same as escalations dont work.

Yes Tejas very worst customer experience. Except for the automated replies we don’t have any responses from them. I don’t understand then why Upstox has recruited all these dump individuals who are not serving their purpose.

Considering the highly volatile and fast-paced nature of the stock market, it is imperative for these sub-brokers to ensure timely execution of trades and uninterrupted service to the clients.

Any instance of latency, lag, or system slowness should be formally reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities for their review, necessary action, and continued supervision, in order to safeguard market integrity and investor interests.
