I requested a simple mobile number update on June 13, 2025 (User ID: 236525). It’s been over a month, and no resolution yet.
How hard is it to update a phone number? No replies, no fixes—just silence. Worst customer support ever!
Is anyone else facing this? When will Upstox wake up?
