WebSocket Market one minute data is calculating wrongly

IN attached image, you can see open price is 420 but in high price it showing as 400>

Today, I have subscribed for option instrument, but I have not got any websocket message for price event, I am attaching the websocket url.

note: same code was working earlier, but today I have not got any price update from websocket

@shanmu This is serious issue and makes us doubtful about the quality of API and data offered by Upstox.

@Pradeep_Jaiswar , can you able to response for this issue, today also the same issue I am not getting any response from websocket. if you need to any more information for debugging please let me know.

Same issue with me , websocket connection sometimes stop sending live market data for 1-2 min ,Then starts to send again, after sometime same issue arise.you can see the logs in attached picture for further check.
At 14.46.38,823 the data stopped receiving.
