Websocket Full mode does not works

I have faced this issue multiple times daily. Web socket in full mode does not sends data after connection. and sometimes it stops sending data in between. It pauses for 10 to 15 during one minute.

14 day passed but still you don’t have any solution or answer except we are working on it and your patience is appreciable. At least share what steps have you taken regarding this issue… Have you found issue from your end or issue is from my end… As this problem is arising daily. I need to reconnect web socket multiple time and then it works for some time and then breaks again.

At present, we do not observe any issues with our WebSocket connections, and data is being streamed continuously.

If you are experiencing difficulties in establishing a stable client-server connection with our WebSockets, we recommend referring to the available streamer functions in various programming languages. These functions also include an auto-reconnect feature.

Everything works with ltpc mode but when I change it to full mode it starts disconnecting
