I am reporting a severe technical failure following the app update patch released last night/this morning.
Issues Encountered:

Chart 360: Unable to select any strike prices since this morning, preventing trade management.

Login Failure: Repeatedly unable to log into both mobile and web platforms.
These glitches made it impossible to manage my open positions, leading to a significant financial loss. This loss is purely due to Upstox’s platform instability and not market conditions.

I have already emailed the grievance officer with all the evidences as an attachments in the forwarded emails that has date and time on all bottom of the screenshots. I am surely expecting a full refund of these losses. Please escalate this to the technical and settlement teams immediately.
