Upstox short straddle strategy unable to squreoff

I used a short straddle strategy given by upstox. Today, I try to exit the strategy. So, two shorted positions are going to square off. But upstox rejected the order and says insufficient fund. How a shorted intraday options cannot be squaredoff? I think we cannot sent a shorted positions money to our account.

Could anyone clarify this? Upstox help is not sufficient.
