I’m new to Upstocks and I want to develop an app for my own use by using Upstocks API.
I see on the website that Upstocks says that their API is free, want to confirm that is it really the case?
Is there any hidden pricing, rate limiting etc?
Please let me know if there is any pricing involved either direct, indirect or hidden.
And what’s the cost of the Historical API?
App creation is free. Currently, you have the capability to create up to two apps.
Furthermore, all transactions made through UpLink Version 2, from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, will not incur any brokerage fees. Access to the Historical API is also provided at no cost.

Thanks a lot, is UpLink for businesses only? If no, then how do I specifically use UpLink? I created an app from my Upstocks Console page and I did not got any option to choose UpLink or something similar.
I am want to write my own Algo in Python, is UpStock Algo API free.? Are there any charges applicable ?
Upstox API is free as of now. You can create the app and get started. You only get charged for brokerage, which is free till 31st Aug 2024
