On 24/07/2025, I received a notification from Upstox stating that a pledge request was accepted and that securities were pledged due to a low balance. However, I did not initiate any pledge request, my account had sufficient funds at that time, and I have not used any margin trading.
Kindly investigate this matter urgently and provide clarification. I request that any unauthorized pledge be reversed and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
Additionally, based on my review, apart from the incident on 24/07/2025, I have noticed some past pledge and unpledge requests that were also not initiated by me.

I have not yet received any clarification from Upstox regarding these issues. Nevertheless, I trust that Upstox will take appropriate and responsible actions to uphold and strengthen customer trust.

The Upstox team responded by simply stating that the wrong transaction charges were reversed. However, I believe this is a major issue and represents a serious violation of trust between Upstox and its users.
The Upstox support team has not reviewed my past pledge transactions, which were not initiated from my side
