Unable to execute trades at the specified time

Hi , I was unable to execute trades at the specified time today, My User ID - Shiv_Bakth_For_Life, Kindly look into it, I had to change the time and execute again.

Could you please provide more details about the issue? Specifically:

  • How are you executing the trades?
  • What time did you try to place the order?
  • Can you share UCC (6 digit user id)?

I am executing through OptionGenie, they have been added on OptionGenie and then I just have to press the button
